Amy
is an active performer in the Upstate as a soloist and
chamber musician, most recently a featured performer on the 2005
Keowee Chamber Music Festival. Formerly classical guitar professor
at the University of Toledo (Ohio), she has performed across the
country as a soloist and with Duo Ami, flute/guitar duo
and Ohio Arts Council Touring Artists. She has appeared with the
Toledo Symphony, Toledo Opera, TSO Chamber Players, and Prism,
a classical/jazz ensemble, and released several CDs with the Masterworks
Chorale. With a repertoire ranging from Bach to Bernstein and
the Beatles, she has the experience to add that special touch
to your event.
John
plays first violin with the Asheville and Greenville
Symphony Orchestras and performs regularly with other area chamber
ensembles in performances with the Greenville Choral Society,
Asheville Lyric Opera, and Asheville Choral Society. A graduate
of the Interlochen Arts Academy, he has played with the Adrian,
Ann Arbor, and Toledo Symphony orchestras in Michigan and Ohio.
Even though classically trained, he enjoys branching out into
Celtic, jazz, and fiddlin’.
